September 15, 2006, Newsletter Issue #32: How Zetacap Works

Tip of the Week

Zetacap's effect is based on the principle that naturally works by signaling to the body when to stop eating this particular meal. It consists of fibers that, when taken with a glass of water, become bulky in the stomach thus fooling it into feeling full sooner. You consume fewer calories, meal after meal.

It should work. But does it, for everyone? On many forums, you can read many pros and many cons. The only way to figure out is to try. But before you do, try easier things first, for instance, a glass of water before meals, or halve of a grapefruit (it seems to have appetite-decreasing properties beyond its bulk) or a big green salad, or vegetable soup - anything with volume and few calories in it. The Carbohydrate Addict diet advises on having extra salads before meals if you fail losing weight on a given week.
