Usually, low carb pastas have below 10 Net carb grams (total minus fibers) per serving and are based on soy protein and fibers that manufacturers call "protected carbohydrates" meaning that they are not digestable. Though generally low in some of the vitamins and minerals, this pastas can be high in another. Thiamin (B1) 30%

Riboflavin (B2) 15%
