Body Fat % Formula For Women

Step 1 Multiply your body weight by 0.732 and add 8.987

Step 2 Divide wrist circumference by 3.140

Step 3 Multiply waist circuference at naval by 0.157

Step 4 Multiply widest hip circuference by 0.249

Step 5 Multiply widest forearm circuference by 0.434

"Lean Body Mass" = step 1 results + step 2 results - step 3 results - step 4 results + step 5 results

"Body Fat Weight" = Total bodyweight - Lean Body Mass

"Body Fat Percentage" = (Body Fat Weight x 100) divided by total bodyweight
