Being Faithful to Your Diet

Food is a very tempting thing, and this temptation can get worse when you're following a diet plan. If you're going to a party, even a dinner party, be sure to eat a small, healthy amount before hand. This will curb your appetite and help you to eat smaller portions. Also, you should never go food shopping when you are hungry – this will keep you from impulse buying unhealthy foods.
