Oroweat Whole Grain & Oat breadOroweat Whole Grain & Flax breadOroweat Whole Grain White They all contains components known to be choesterol-beneficial -- Omega-3 fatty acids, fibers, vitamin E, cholesterol-lowering plant sterols, etc. Breads enriched with cholesterol-lowering plant sterols, which have previously been used in dairy products and spreads, could soon be permitted by the European Commission. The Mix & Base bread mixes supplier launched a product that offers a cholesterol lowering bread mix containing oat bran and beta-glucans, reports bakery-net.com.
