The calories of Jenny Craig's menus vary but not too much, it's usually 1200 to 1500 Cal. a day. The weekly weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week, which is considered healthy and the pounds lost at this rate are easier to keep off.

The Jenny Craig Diet focuses on three major areas of weight loss:

- The importance of physical activity is emphasized
