Kate Hudson was named one of the '50 Most Beautiful People in the World' by People Magazine in 2000. She's a nominee for an Oscar for her role in 'Almost Famous'. Kate now makes her thriller/horror debut in "The Skeleton Key" and - headlines about her incredibly successful after-pregnancy weight loss.

Kate Hudson lost 60 pounds after having her son Ryder by exercising before and during her pregnancy, limiting her calorie intake to 1,500 calories a day (after the pregnancy), reducing carbohydrate intake, and increasing protein intake. It all looks pretty usual and available to every new mom except for her exercise routine: Kate's working out for 3 hours every day.



However, fitness professionals advise that not only hours spent in a gym matter - any physical activity can do, including baby care and walking with a stroller. From this standpoint, any mom can find time to be active as Kate did.
