September 14, 2007, Newsletter Issue #81: Sonoma Diet and Cholesterol

Tip of the Week

The Sonoma diet is based on the same principles as the Mediterranean diet so it's natural to expect that it's beneficial for cholesterol readings since people around the Mediterranean sea proved to have healthier hearts and cholesterol levels.

The foods that one's supposed to eat on Sonoma diet are foods with proved anti-cholesterol effects, for example, almonds, grapes, red wine, and olive oil.
